I scheduled a return pickup, but it just never happened. They keep pushing it back and delaying the return, which has been really frustrating. Has anyone else had this happen?

The amount was deducted from my account, but the order never got placed. I reached out to support and kept getting told to wait, but nothing really moved forward. Not exactly the kind of payment experience you want when your money is already gone...

"Decent prices, but I expected better deals"
I’ve used Jiomart a few times, and the prices are okay, but they’re not always cheaper than my local shops. Some offers are actually good, but a lot of items are just the same price, which is a bit annoying. I don’t really have the patience to keep checking every product and comparing prices, so I wish they’d just give better discounts upfront.

I ordered from jiomart.com thinking it would be a simple, hassle-free purchase, but from what I remember, the seller didn’t ship the order on time at all. The tracking just sat there without moving for days, and when I tried checking with support, I don’t recall getting any clear or useful update.
After waiting longer than expected, they cancelled the order like it was no big deal. The refund also took its own time, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Based on this experience, it feels like they don’t really keep a proper check on their sellers, and I don’t think I’d order again...

"Charged fine, but quality was disappointing"
I ordered a few grocery items from JioMart, the experience was disappointing. I was charged properly and there was no issue with updates or delivery tracking, but the items I received were not up to the mark.
Some of the vegetables didn’t look fresh at all, and one packet seemed like it had been sitting around for quite some time. I actually had to throw a few things away the same day, which was really annoying.
The prices are okay, so I don’t mind ordering if the quality is decent. But they really need to check the products properly before sending them out. Not a great experience for me this time

"Cancellation was fine, just a bit slow"
I placed a Jiomart order by mistake and cancelled it soon after. The cancel option was easy enough to find, but the refund update took a while and I had to check it twice. Not a terrible experince, but not super smooth either. Average for me tbh.

My issue did get solved in the end, so I can’t complain too much. It just took longer than I expected, and I’m guessing they might’ve been backed up or short on staff or something. Support came through eventually, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

I’ve ordered from here twice now, and both times the items were listed like they were available, only for my order to get cancelled later. It’s frustrating because the wording makes it seem like the stock is actually there when it isn’t. I wouldn’t have bothered placing the order if it had been clearer upfront.

"Escalated complaint but still no damn help"
I raised a complaint on Jiomart and they told me it’s been escalated, but nothing has happened after that. Every time I contact customer care, they just repeat the same old nonsense: “wait 24-48 hours.” Like seriously, how many times am I supposed to wait? No proper update, no refund, no clear answer. I’m stuck chasing them for my own money, which is just ridiculous. Their support has been completely useless, and this has easily been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I finally got my refund after waiting several days and it was frustrating. Every time I reached out support just told me to wait a bit longer which didn’t really help. Not a great experience

From what I remember, the substitutions have been inconsistent. Sometimes they swap in something that makes total sense, but other times I’ve gotten replacements that felt kind of random, and I don’t recall being asked clearly before they made the change.

"Tired of waiting for late deliveries"
I ordered from jiomart.com thinking it would reach in 2 days, but the delivery date kept changing and it finally came after almost a week. There were no proper updates, so I was just stuck checking the app again and again like I had no choice but to be patient. Customer support also kept giving the same standard reply every time. It’s really frustrating, especially when you order daily need items and then have to keep waiting around for them.

"First impression wasn’t great because of the tracking"
My first impression was frustrating because the tracking barely seemed to work. It sat on “packed” for days with no updates, and then out of nowhere it changed to “out for delivery.” I ended up calling support twice just to figure out what was going on. The order did arrive eventually, but the whole tracking experience was really annoying.

The app has a clean enough design, I’ll give it that, but actually using it is a different story. It keeps freezing on me, and finding basic things takes way more effort than it should. For something that looks like it should be simple, it’s surprisingly hard to navigate.

"I keep seeing good discounts on..."
I keep seeing good discounts on the jiomart app, but by the time I reach checkout, half of them just don’t work. A coupon will show as valid earlier, then suddenly it says it’s not applicable to my cart with no clear reason.
The cashback offers are also really confusing. Sometimes I don’t even know if I’m supposed to wait, apply something, or follow some extra step after ordering. It feels like they show big offers to get you interested, but the next steps are never clear and the benefit often doesn’t come through. Frustrating experience.

"Missing items and damaged groceries"
I ordered a few groceries from Jiomart and the whole experience was disappointing. One atta packet came torn, and there was rice leaking inside the bag. On top of that, 2 items were missing but I was still charged for them. When I contacted customer support, I felt like I was being passed around, with everyone just telling me to wait and no real solution. Not planning to order from them again.

I liked that the loyalty points helped me save a little, which was definitely a nice perk. But the delivery took longer than I expected and waiting around got frustrating. Overall it was okay, but the delivery side could be better

"Cashback offer changed and I never got it"
I had a really frustrating experience with Jiomart. I placed the order mainly because there was a cashback offer showing at the time, but after the delivery was done, nothing was added to my wallet.
I contacted customer support multiple times, and every time they gave the same kind of answer — wait 48 hours, then wait 7 days. Later it felt like the terms had changed or there was some new condition being mentioned, which was annoying because that was not clear when I ordered.
The wallet balance is also confusing because sometimes it shows a different amount. Overall, I don’t feel like trusting their cashback offers again if the terms can change like this and no one gives a proper reply.

I ordered groceries and a few items were missing, which is annoying enough. But then support turned into the official “just wait 24 hours” department, giving me the same vague answer without actually clearing anything up. Delivery updates didn’t feel reliable, and the refund process wasn’t exactly confidence-inspiring either. Prices are fine, but unless they fix this whole mystery-tracking, missing-items routine, I’m not too eager to order again.
